John Arnoldbik

January 2012

John remains at his unit at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.  He reports often of his ministry of Bible Studies, Prayer Breakfasts, personal witness, and decisions for Christ.  He has a commander, whom Endorsing Agent John Schumacher has met, who is very high in his praise of John’s ministry in his unit and the value to him personally of having a chaplain like John on his staff.

April 2010

John deployed to Iraq Summer 2009 with a Stryker Combat Brigade.  While in Iraq, he filed this report Spring 2010 for the Eagle Commission:

Hello friends, and greetings from FOB (Forward Operations Base) Cruz-Morris.  I was able to baptize two more people about two weeks ago.  The fire department filled up the tank and one of the firemen volunteered himself to get baptized.  So by God’s grace I’ve been able to baptize five people.  There is still one other person waiting to be baptized.  The good Lord willing I will baptize him in a few weeks.

Usually Sundays are attended well; we have a good response to Sunday Worship Service.  Wednesday Bible Study however is very sparse.  I have one Worship Service tomorrow and two sermons on Sunday; please pray that both messages go extremely well, that the good Lord gives me creative ideas to share His Word in such a way that people will understand and apply it to their lives. Please pray that Wednesday Bible Study attendance improves.

Thank you and blessing,
Ch John
